Turn your favourite song into a moment you can see and hear.
Our Personalised Music Plaque is the perfect way to capture a memory, a milestone or a song that means everything. Featuring your chosen photo and song details, this custom acrylic plaque is a modern keepsake designed to be displayed and enjoyed every day.
The best part? Every plaque has an NFC tag built in underneath the photo — just tap your phone against it and your chosen song opens instantly in Spotify or YouTube, ready to play.
Creating your custom plaque is easy:
Once you receive your plaque, just tap your phone against it and your song opens straight away in Spotify or YouTube — no scanning required.
It's thoughtful, personal and something they'll actually keep forever.
This isn't just a photo frame — it's a memory you can play.
Whether it's your wedding song, your baby's lullaby, or a song that takes you back to a special moment, this plaque turns it into something tangible, meaningful and interactive.
Every piece is made to order with care, making it completely unique to you.
Do I need an app to play the song?
You'll need Spotify or YouTube (whichever you choose). Tapping the plaque opens the song straight into the app if you've got it installed, or in your browser if you don't.
What if my phone doesn't support NFC?
Most phones made in recent years do. If yours doesn't, just let me know and I'll add a Spotify scan code to your plaque instead, so you can scan it to load the song that way.
As this item is personalised, it is custom made just for you and cannot be returned unless faulty. Tap-to-play works with NFC-enabled phones, which covers the vast majority of phones made in recent years.
