Free shipping applies to all products except the 3D printed vending machine items.
How It Works
Because almost everything in the AM Collective shop is made to order, there are two stages to getting your parcel to you: production time and shipping time.
Production time is how long it takes me to make your item. This varies by product — you'll find the current estimate on each product listing. During busy periods like Christmas and Mother's Day, allow a little extra time.
Shipping time starts once your order has been dispatched and you've received your tracking number.
Estimated Delivery Times
Once dispatched:
Standard shipping — 3–7 business days (varies by location)
Express shipping — 1–3 business days
Please note these are Australia Post estimates and can occasionally vary, particularly in regional areas or during peak periods.
Local Pickup
Local pickup is available on the Sunshine Coast at no charge. Select this option at checkout and I'll be in touch to arrange a convenient time. You're also welcome to find me every Sunday at the Caloundra Markets.
Tracking
All orders are sent with tracking. Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive an email with your tracking number so you can follow your parcel on its way.
Australia-Wide Delivery
I ship to all states and territories across Australia. I do not currently offer international shipping.
