All items offered by AM Collective are custom-made to order. Due to the personalised nature of these products, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds. Each item is crafted specifically for you, and as such, it cannot be resold or restocked.
To ensure you receive exactly what you ordered, we encourage you to carefully review all details before completing your purchase. This includes selecting the correct size, colour, and any other customisation options. If you have any questions or need assistance prior to placing your order, please contact us.
In the unlikely event that your item arrives damaged or defective, please notify us within 3 days of receiving your order. To process your claim, we require clear photos of the item and its packaging, as well as a description of the issue. Once your claim is approved, we will work with you to resolve the matter by offering a replacement or repair at no additional cost.
Because our products are custom-made, changes or cancellations can only be accommodated within 24 hours of placing your order. After this time, we begin processing your order, and changes or cancellations may no longer be possible.
