About Us

Meet Ashleigh

I moved up to the Sunshine Coast from Sydney in 2005 with my mum and our dog, and it's been home ever since. I met my husband John in 2016 at a boxing gym, and these days we're kept busy by our three kids — two in school, one in daycare part-time.

Crafting and baking have been part of my life since I was small, thanks to my nan. She was a folk art painter, and I later found out she'd run her own bakery too — I used to spend every school holiday with her, and I think that's where all of this really started.

AM Collective began by accident. I bought my first Cricut just after my second baby was born, wanting to make things for my older son's birthday party and room. That Christmas, I made personalised baubles for family and friends — and when they took off at my market stall (where I was selling makeup at the time), I knew I was onto something. From there it grew into vinyl decal tumblers, personalised bunnies, and eventually sublimation and UV DTF. Then in December 2024, John gave me my first 3D printer, meant for making cookie cutters and cake toppers for my baking business, Cozy Cravings. It didn't stay in the kitchen for long — the prints became the most popular thing on my market stall, and now my own kids get a kick out of giving their friends 3D-printed gifts for their birthdays.

I've always wanted to work for myself, mostly so I could be that mum — the one who's at every school assembly and every weekend sport game. AM Collective is how I get to do that, while making things I genuinely love making.

Spread the Magic.

The AM Collective Story

AM Collective is proof that the best businesses aren't always planned — sometimes they just grow out of what you love. What started as personalised Christmas baubles for family has become a full range of custom giftware: poseable 3D-printed dragons, Pocket Pals figurines, playsets, and personalised drinkware, all made to order.

Every piece is designed with the same idea in mind — a gift should feel like it was made for that person, not picked off a shelf. A name, a colour, a small detail that makes it theirs.

We're a small, home-run business on the Sunshine Coast — no warehouse, no call centre, just genuine care in every order that goes out.
